The fresh air of the mountains, the beautiful waterfall, the sound of waves at the beach. Nature is wonderful. Why don't you go there with your loved ones?. You may feel stressed because of your tasks and routines, well, nature can be a cure. I don't guarantee that you will be totally stress-free, but at least going there with your friends or family could make you feel better.
Why don't we enjoy the beauty that has been designed for us? Why don't we appreciate these artworks which also provide us essentials for life? Go there, spend time with your love ones. Take a hike or play at the beach, go for a camp or just chill watching the relaxing waterfall. And just as I said on my previous post, be mindful. Be present there with your loved ones.
